Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Warden Farming Company Ltd (t/a Uncle Henry’s) and yourself.

On site

Attractions and activities may vary due to weather and ground conditions.

Sorry no dogs with the exception of service/guide dogs.

Children must be accompanied by an adult and remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times.

Whilst on site customers must adhere to site rules and policies, including safety regulations and COVID-19 related measures such as social distancing where these apply. Rules and policies are clearly signposted.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any customer from the site for whatever reason.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking confirmation, either on a mobile device or print out.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets, unless you wish to change your ticket, which would be by mutual agreement.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Date and Time Changes

Tickets are purchased for specified dates and times.

All date and time changes are at the discretion of management who may revoke the right to change eligibility for date or time changes for any reason. In general, dates and times can be changed with up to 72 hours’ notice. In extreme circumstances dates and times can be changed with less notice. Date changes cannot occur after the event time.

All date and time changes must be within the events normal running and can only occur provided there is capacity available at the new date or time. All tickets will cease to be valid after that particular event has stopped running for the year.

In a small number of cases, a mutually agreed date or time change may be at a different ticket price from that which was originally purchased. If the new ticket price has increased the customer must pay the differential. If the new ticket price has reduced, no refund will be issued. These differences will be agreed prior to the change in ticket.

Extreme Weather

The management reserves the right to cancel the event on any day if in their view extreme weather could cause damage to property or could render the site unsafe for use by the public. This would be an extreme circumstance in which a date and time change would be applicable. No refunds can be given. Unfavourable weather in itself is not an extreme circumstance.

Please be advised that the jumping pillows cannot be used when wet or in the dark and so may be closed during your visit in these circumstances.
